CA UDL Summit

Amy Bultena is the Director of Arts at the Stanislaus County Office of Education and the California County Superintendents Arts Initiative Region 6 Lead. A trauma-informed arts facilitator, Amy holds a B.F.A. in Art, and M.A.T. in Art Education, and an Ed.S. in Inclusive Education. She has secured substantial grants supporting arts and inclusion. Her driving philosophy revolves around promoting inclusive arts access for all, with a strong focus on creative health. Amy is passionate about fostering transformative environments where creativity thrives, barriers dissolve, and the potential of every individual is unlocked.
