About me
Amy Eastman has spent the past 10 years teaching 4th grade. She is passionate about creating a classroom family that celebrates each individual 's unique qualities, fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning community where everyone is safe to bring their whole self. Amy's colleagues often refer to her as the “sprinkles on the top” of the cupcake! She brings the joy and fun into learning, connecting with her students using their interests (which may include a song or dance for any given topic!). Not only does she utilize UDL academically, but embodies the principles of UDL in the way her classroom is set-up and run.
