CA UDL Summit

Edith Mancera de González is the Coordinator of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Inclusion Collaborative within the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE). Her role involves supporting educational equity efforts in schools and districts, providing professional development in UDL, CRP, inclusion, belonging and anti-bias practices. Previously, Edith served as a school administrator in schools in Santa Clara County, and the majority of her career has been working in dual immersion settings. Edith holds an M.S. in Applied School Leadership, B.A. in Chicano Studies and Education from UC Berkeley, and is pursuing an EdD in Social Justice Leadership at Santa Clara University. She resides in San Jose, CA, enjoying family time with her husband and three childre
