Joel Rabin, founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of i2i, brings 20+ years of expertise in data and reporting across education and public sectors. With a Ph.D. from UCLA, he’s held leadership roles, including Associate Superintendent, advancing improvement efforts, data storytelling, and community collaboration. Joel works with districts to enhance planning, drive decisions, and prepare students for college/careers. He lives in Sacramento, CA, with his wife, Jill, and their two children.
