Karissa Fratessa, M.A.
Karissa is the Director at Redwood Prep Charter School. With 8 years of experience as a special education teacher, Karissa is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments for all students. Her experience and her extensive understanding of UDL allow her to use this fundamental knowledge to support all members of her school community, including staff, students, and families. Karissa is a focused leader who firmly believes that all students should be able to access their education by removing barriers. Karissa loves spending time with her darling daughter Cooper when she is not at school
