Nancy Jackson, a Continuous Improvement Specialist for ELA & the Arts with NCSoS, has over 21 years of teaching experience and has served as a Literacy Coach and Induction Mentor. She holds a Master's in Education Administration and focuses on coaching and supporting instructional best practices and UDL cohorts. Nancy is passionate about enhancing Tier 1 instruction and fostering learner agency through intentional design using the UDL framework.
