About me
Sylvia's background is in K-12 special education. In the summer of 2021, she graduated with her EdD in Educational Leadership. Her research focused on examining the discourse educators use when preparing to refer a student to special education services. Sylvia’s expertise in Special Education and supporting multi-lingual learners equip her with the knowledge and skills to support educators as they work to ensure inclusive, equitable environments for every learner.
