CA UDL Summit

Mary Martin serves as the Secondary Teacher on Special Assignment in the Instructional Services Department of the Carlsbad Unified School District. As a part of the Instructional Services team, Ms. Martin works collaboratively with teachers, support staff, school and district administrators, and the community to promote student learning in support of district goals. Ms. Martin has given professional development classes on Wellness for Educators, Brain-Based Learning Strategies, OER Curriculum Development, Infographics, Close Reading Strategies, Student Generated DOK Questions, Flipped Instruction, Lesson videos with screen capture, Backwards Lesson Design, Google Basics, and Illuminate Basics.
